You need your VPS up and running around the clock - and you need to know that your hosting provider will deliver on its promises.

We have invested heavily in the hardware your VPS is hosted on, devoted countless hours to making our hosting platform's software reliable, and hired only the best and brightest Linux system administrators so we can deliver on our promise:

Your hosting service will be available at least 99.99% of the time in any given calendar month, or you will receive a credit toward your next hosting invoice at your request.

Service Level:	< 99.99%	< 99.9%	< 99.8%	< 99%
Outage Duration:	~ 4 minutes	~ 45 minutes	~ 1 hour 30 minutes	~ 7 hours
Compensation:	10%	25%	50%	100%

Credit will be issued for services as charged on a monthly basis, regardless of account billing cycle. Downtime unrelated to our network or hardware is not eligible for consideration.
